Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Please ensure a 15-day trial period ahead of initiating any returns. If you are not completely satisfied after using the product for 15 days, you may contact us per the procedures detailed below at support@Relievery.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, name and the email address used to purchase the item.
Conditions for Return:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Procedure
- Contact Us: Email us at support@Relievery.com with your order number, name, the email address used to purchase the item and reason for the return.
- Ship Your Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping address and please ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping service.
- Provide Tracking Information: Email us the tracking number for your return shipment.
- Inspection and Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email.
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at support@Relievery.com. Kindly include a photo of the damaged product.
Shipping and Delivery
- While we aim for on-time deliveries, there may be delays that are beyond our control. For delivery-related concerns, please reach out directly to the courier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing support@Relievery.com. We strive to process orders promptly, so timely communication is crucial.
- After Shipping: If your order has already been processed and you have received a fulfillment email, you will need to follow our standard return procedure to obtain a refund.
- Cancellation Policy: While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once fulfillment has begun.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Bank Account: Review your bank account for any pending transactions.
- Credit Card: Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank: Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Shipping Costs
- Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Tracking and Insurance: For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
- Kindly enter the correct address when purchasing your item(s). If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 1 hour of your purchase and we will make an attempt to correct the order address. Refunds or resends are not guaranteed in these situations.
